Mentoring 4 Life Inc. (M4Life) and Mothers of Calvary (MOC) share the same heart — expanding access to opportunity, stability, and support for youth, young adults, and families across South Florida. Where M4Life partners with corporations, schools, and organizations to deliver programs at scale, MOC serves individuals and families directly, providing the same workforce training, mentorship, housing support, and community resources completely free of charge to those who need it most.
A portion of every M4Life Inc. partnership directly funds MOC's nonprofit programs meaning when your organization invests in M4Life, you are also sustaining free community services for the people who need them most. Two organizations. One unbreakable mission.

Our Story
Established in South Florida. Driven by a Lifetime of Purpose. Mentoring 4 Life Inc. was established with a clear and urgent mission to create real pathways of opportunity for youth, young adults, 10 years old to 24 years old and the communities that need it most. Our founder brings decades of hands-on experience leading community initiatives, workforce development programs, and grassroots service in Pontiac Michigan, one of America's most resilient cities where he learned firsthand what it takes to move people from survival to stability to success

Youth Leadership Academy
Our Youth Leadership initiatives drive community transformation by merging character development with leadership skills. We empower youth to shape their futures through education emphasizing critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and civic responsibility, preparing them to lead in various settings.
Skilled Trades Training
We provide built-in employer pipeline and job placement support, empowering future builders, technicians, and artisans through Skilled Trades Training. This program focuses on industry-standard certifications and job-ready skills, fostering sustainable careers in essential fields.
Mentorship Program
Our Youth Mentoring Program empowers young people ages 10–24 through meaningful mentorship, leadership development, and community engagement. Participants are paired with dedicated mentors who provide personalized guidance, encouragement, and support designed to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally..
Reentry Workforce Bridge
Our Reentry Workforce Bridge program provides a comprehensive support system designed to help individuals successfully transition back into the workforce and community after incarceration or life challenges. Through second-chance employment opportunities, workforce development, and life-skills coaching, participants receive the tools, guidance, and support needed to rebuild stable, productive futures.

Mr. Bouie has been phenomenal in helping us as a Foundation move forward with a multitude of programs more notably our program called, OPERATION PREVENT. This program deals with kids that are deemed to be problem cases in the classroom and in the community. The program serves as a forum and mentorship initiative to help these young minds cope with the anger issues that have served as a detrimentto their advancement in life.

The Drive Behind Mentoring 4 Life Inc.
Lee Bouie didn't enter this work by accident.
He was shaped by women who led without titles — his father Lee Bouie and mother Darlene Bouie along with her circle of friends; Ruth Davis, Lois Wright, and Sharon Harris, who embodied faith, strength, and an unwavering commitment to lifting others in their local community in Pontiac Michigan. Their example taught him what real leadership looks like: not loud, not self-serving, but steady, purposeful, and rooted in something larger than yourself. That foundation became the engine behind Mentoring 4Life (M4LIFE) in which he expands in Florida.
Mentoring 4 Life exists because Lee knows firsthand what it means to have people in your corner who believe in your potential before you fully see it yourself. Every program, every partnership, every client we serve carries that same intention — to develop leaders who lead from the inside out.
